When we were looking at the house to purchase the builder told us that the garage floor had a very special finish to enhance the garage. What we later learned was that he used an epoxy paint to cover all the cracks and patches so we would be unaware that this house has problems! 

Additionally, the garage doors do not fit and outside elements and rodents make their way through the doors.
